On February 13, 2019, I ordered three (3) pairs of shoes from Shoeslly.com and paid for them with my credit card. Upon receiving my first pair of ordered shoes, they were the wrong style and color I originally ordered.
I immediately sent them an email to [email protected] and explained that I was unhappy with the pair of shoes they sent and requested an address to return them so I may get a refund.
I have been going back and forth with this company as they are stalling to provide a return address and discredit the possibilities of returning my money. This incident has been on-going since February 27th, 2019.
I want to return the shoes and get my money back because I am not satisfied with the quality or style they are falsely advertising on their website.
