Consuomers beware of this hotel sheraton suites on the beach located in Key West Florida, its the diriest, nastiest, oldest, unupdated, overpriced hotel I ever seen in my entire life!!, its rated 4 to 5 stars online in hotels.com/orbitz.com/expedia and google, but its not 4 or 5 stars, its a 1 star!!, its the filithiest hotel I ever been too, i stayed at motel better then this hote, spit on the walls, dusty rooms, unclean, mold on curtin, beware, dont book with them, because once you book it you can not cancel. I will be opening a chargeback with my bank for this scams.

So you stay there and take a room yet you are going to turn around and attempt a chargebeck on your card. You do realize that makes you a thief and a scammer. Im thinking that no matter what issue that would have arisen, YOU were going to demand a refund anyways. People who can in good conscience do as you are suggesting doing tend to make this type of behaviour a standard. I can understand being unhappy with a room, but you DID stay there. Thereby taking a room from someone else. Which means lost revenue on the room.
I guess YOU can live with being a THIEF and a SCAMMER!!! YOU DID USE THE ROOM!!! You cannot now demand a refund, but you know this which is WHY you are bypassing the hotel and going straight to the bank. I swear I guess they even have scamming thieves go to Florida, who would have guessed it.
