On Monday, Sept 17, 2018 I called Customer Care (844) 780-3174 and received a reply "Your account is not auhorized to make calls to this number and to call Customer Care. This is the Customer Care number. So then I called two other numbers (844) 780-3173 & (844) 399-8738 to which I got the same message. There is a 30-Day Return Policy from the initial date of purchase to request a Return Mercandise Authorization(RMA) and return the product for a refund. Purchase date 8/25/18. 9/17/18 is within the 30-day return date.
What I am I suppose to do when I can't get through Customer Care to cancel automatic shipment. I've cancelled my credit card so I can't be charged for automatic purchase or shipment. Your reply would be greatly appreciated.
