I pursched the Sharper Image Video drone DX-3 from Wal Mart. I searched the phone number 1-800 374 2744 since there is no address, website, or email address listed anywhere on the box or instructions. It appears they make cheap products that break easly and the DX-3 is no different. The plastic gaurd that protects the blades broke in several places after a fall of less the 4 feet. The drone would fly erratic and shut off or accelerate without warning. This happened to my son twice before I had a chance to check it over. The third time I flew the drone and while hoovering approx. 4 foot off the ground the drone shot streight up.

When I called on 1/26/17 at 9:28 am est the guy that answered said this was a common problem. When I asked what they were doing to correct the problem he was quite. When I asked if they would replace the drone and if there was a recall. He said I could buy one for $37.00 and there were no recalls. I am thankful this was one of their cheap drones and I am not out that much. I will not buy anything from this company. They sell several cheap products ( kids tents, drones, etc ) through many stores like walmart and only list their 1800 number . In my case they knew there was a problem with the product and refuse to correct it. Luckly, no one was injuried.
