David Stabile Aka Mark Lucas is back at it again. After watching shark tank he decided to come up with shark tank asia and scam unknowing patent holders into sending money to asia for product development. This of course never happens and the customer never makees it. here is davids history so beware. To Whom It May Concern,
In October of 2002, I was contacted, by US Mail, by a company called International Patent Consultants, stating they were very interested in marketing my Invention. I called and met Scott Millard and Lisa Corcelli in their Rhode Island office at 76 Dorrance Street, Suite 208, Providence Rhode Island. At that time we were living in Danielson, Connecticut. We met and all agreed to go into a 50/50 business deal together. My Husband, Leo, and I drove to IPC main office at 80 East Passaic Avenue, Nutley, New Jersey, We met with David Stabile and the whole team of writers, designers, Associates, Scott Millard & Lisa Corcelli, from the Providence, Rhode Island office, to discuss the production and marketing of my invention. The whole session was taped of which I am sure he still has.
On November 29th, 2002 we signed a contract of which was to find a manufacturer and get the tool made to stamp out the invention and then to proceed in the marketing of my invention. For this I paid IPC $2700. They found a company in China and got the tool made along with prototypes. Let me add, this was all suppose to be done in the first year to date signed but took almost two years before they completed this task. The next step was to get my invention marketed and starting off by putting my product on their web site InventorsKorner.com and in their store by the same name in the Providence, Rhode Island Mall.
During this time, after the tool was made and the invention was ready to be produced I was told I needed to pay another $850 to get 2500 prototypes made for the store they opened in the Rhode Island mall and on the internet so we could show proven sales to the buyers. While the prototypes were being made up David Stabile and Scott Millard had made a few trips to China and on more than one occasion, Scott Millard personally told me they were partnering up with a company in China. Trusting as I am, I still didn't see the big picture even though it was becoming increasingly harder to reach anyone in the company by phone. Due to family misfortune we had to sell our home and move to Florida of which made it very easy for Scott Millard & Lisa Corcelli to avoid returning our calls, always an excuse, they were in China, they were out of town, this went on for weeks trying to contact them just to get them to mail me some of the prototypes I paid for. At one point they sent me a letter stating because of the Sars disease the shipment from China was being held up. Finally David Stabile made another trip to China and brought them back with him, then it took another few months to get them to mail me some. Finally after sending Lisa Corcelli an email, pleading with her to send me some prototypes she sent me 150 prototypes out of the 2500 we ordered. A friend of mine, Sara Surbeck, in Ohio, ordered my product at www.inventerskorner.com, they took her money and never mailed her the product. God only knows how many they did not mail and kept the money from.
Shortly after that I received the letter from their attorneys that they were declaring bankruptcy, Chapter 7, liquidating their company in the US, after that they changed it to Chapter 13. They have branches in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island in the US but what about the supposed branches of International Patent Consultants (IPC), that they have in Manchester, England, London, England and in China. What about all the other companies they are running on the Internet like International Patent Consultants claiming Capital Assets of $3,000,000., or Dart Solutions LLC claiming Capital Assets of $2,000,000. or p.e. Practical Enterprises Inc. All of these web sites have David and Maria Stabile's phone number and address for contact information. There is no way they should be able to claim Chapter 13, and scoff off with millions of dollars they stole from hundreds of Inventors and still doing it on the Internet. Towards the end, they told me on several occasions, they had partnered with a company in China and now I know they are going to take all of our inventions, produce and sell them in China, all off the hard work and millions of dollars taken from the hundreds of Inventors they looked up on the Internet and contacted by the US mail. They all belong in prison.

In life we all make mistakes and have pasts, "I had a business along time ago and it failed". It was never my intention to hurt anyone. I had much more to gain then anyone. I had 240+ chances. I lost everything my wife, my name and my health over it.
Dianne I will right this wrong and you will be the first one on my bucket list then the World know the truth about what really happened. There are 2 sides to every story. I will tell mine side now.

I have know John Scoma for 25 years. I don't know what he is telling people but I thought you might want to know that is is a convicted Felon for Robbing Banks and has been in and out of Jail many times a known for his street name " Big John". He asked me to help him which I did with his Product and that is how I met him he had an Invention, and I helped in with so many things and spent many thousands on him - and so much time if I was to caculate my time with him he would owe me $500,000
John is really the brain Child of Shark Tank LLC Please find the letters he sent to the Patent Holders to offer then product Development.

This is how the letter is going to look im having about 70 printed out now.
John smokes to much weed he told me his habit runs hin about 800 a Month. So he must have short trem memory. Please find the attached letters and addreeed envelopes - he also runs this business from his gym on a his cell phone. John only came to China once. He has no idea how to develope products or keep a marriage. John is a very lonely man. What I find very interesting is he is witing on two law on personal injury now how can have can the man;s body be so hurt but he works out everyday and uses illigal st=eriod sots as well as testestrone shots that he buys illigally which he self injects.
My lawyers will be contacting the New York John to talk to him about he law suits on his persoanly injury cases.
You see I have helped many many inventors all of you know this the issue was we grew to fast and we did not manage the company. I rent a 1 bedroom condo in China and have suffered a stroke but as always there is always two sides of the story.
My intentions where to help my clients make there products out of 240 clients 10 I had problems with because they did not have the funding that it took bring their products full circle.
My Lawyers have also settled my IRS issues John so thank you for remind me about my taxes. I am good. I hope you are.
Understand I had 240 chances to help my clients - my clients only had their 1 product. It was it was in my best intrest that all my customers got their products to market.
I went to a lawyer when the business started spinning out of contol and the Lawyer as business owners do unfurtunatly he was not good and settling my business matters.
I am not working any longer my health is not good. But I wanted to show that each one of you who is upset you know we worked very hard on your products.

It seems after further review of David. This piece of garbage left his wife Maria high and dry after stealing her pension and leaving her with 2 children and a mortgage. Im sure if you contact his wife in New Jersey she will confirm this. David will pretend he knows God but the truth is he is a liar and has a terrible character but a good con artist.Currently he is living in Thailand mastering the internet. His team sharktankasia.com/our_team.html is not real they are made up, and ask for 5 references of customers that have not had a problem of some sort. david will never produce these people. He has robbed another former employee John in brooklyn newyork for thousands of dollars and leaving him broke. This man needs to be put in Prison

I was told Scott Millard sent all the stock to you. I was also told that the inventory was over the amount you purchased I would like to speak to you. This has been over 15 years. Let's see if we can settle this matter once and for all and be nice about it. I am in China so I am 13 hrs ahead of you.
