I bought the MemoTurbo online through the McAfee site. With the understanding if I was not satified, I would get a full refund. With in days, I found out the operating system I was using "Me" was having problems using it, not knowing I didn't even need the dang thing!

Anyhow, I sent email to SHAREWARE for my refund, to only get a auto generated response, telling me how much the vaule me, and they would get right back to me. Also stated that if there was no way in solving my problem they would refund my problem.

After about two months, a guy named Dave or David contacted me to inform me that my trail was past the refund period. I wrote him back to tell him that I would do a charge back on my credit card, and what a "RIP OFF" I felt his company was doing. He "Dave" wrote me back to inform me if I did a charge back, that he would proscute me for fraud! So, be warned, do not trust SHAREWARE'S SOFTWARE!!!!!
