This may be a change in procedure based on past problems, but this company now has it's phone number on the receipts left for people who order magazines. This number is on all copies of the reciept and is left for your information. I personally called the number to check it out, and on the second ring was greeted by a friendly gal who promptly and accurrately identified herself and the company name. that number is 1-800-536-4704. She said that due to the salespeople being independent contractors and not directly controlled by the company during the fund raisers, they have had a problem with the anticipated delivery time being understated and that subscriptees need to anticipate that it may take as much a 120 days to recieve their first magazine, depending on which magazines they order. They also said that they hold all checks for 2(two)weeks to allow for a "cooling off" period in case people change their minds about their order and that they do refund money beyond the 3(three)days that is stated on the receipt. Again, the number I called was 1-800-536-4704 Check them out, I thought they seemed legit enough when I contacted them.
