Serveco North America ,UltraShield, UltraShield I bought a furniture warranty to cover stains, rips, tears and the like on two new leather recliners. They refuse to honor the warranty on aclaim. Woodstock GA Georgia
I purchased a warranty from this company when I purchased two new leather recliners. One of the recliners got a spot on an arm, and I tried to remove it with water on a wet microfiber cloth. When that didn;t work, I tried a single drop of Dawn dishwashing detergent (a very mild cleaner). The top coating on the leather came off and left a discolored mark. I contacted Serveco/UltraShield, who first stated it would be covered, then denied the claim without notice or any exxplanation. Do not buy from this company. It is a totally disreputable company. Their warranties are expensive but not worth the paper they are written on. I intend to warn family and friends about this rip-off company as well.
