I bought a motorcycle for my boyfriend at Seminole Harley-Davidson.  They presented the bike as a "Limited" and priced it accordingly.  Recently I discovered it is an "Ultra", (a step down from a Limited).  The badge on the front fender says "Limited".  I also discovered the VIN states the bike is "blue".  No, the bike is "black".  They apparently changed it out at the dealership.   Very little of what they said about the bike is correct.  I feel they took advantage of me since I'm a female and was buying this as a gift.  My boyfriend has tried to talked to management about the discrepancies; they do not acknowledge the matter.  Buyer beware!!!!  Especially if you are a female.  I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.

Your nice general manager was apparently all talk & no action.  He has not contacted me with your phone number; nor has he contacted my boyfriend, that I'm aware.  What's that say for him?  They appear to be hoping this issue will just die away....as probably several similar ones have.  They owe me the motorcycle they represented to me....that's all I want.

I just got off the phone with the general manager of the Harley dealership he seems to be a very nice guy if I lived in Florida I would definitely go to that dealership to buy a motorcycle from them . The manager of the dealership is going to give the customer my phone number and I will definitely take a phone call or her boyfriend . The dealerships managers trying to do whatever he can to resolve the issue asking the lady who purchased the motorcycle to come to the store so they can sit down and discuss this. My hat is definitely off to the dealership manager. He sounds like a very nice guy to me I hope the lady that posted this report give me a call because the manager of the dealership will give her my phone number

My name is not important but what I do is... I'm a consumer advocate and I also am a business consultant When it comes to customer relations. I know that there's no way for any business to make all of the customers happy sometimes there's misunderstandings and sometimes there's deception or misrepresentation that the management of the business does not even know was happening behind your back. I help car dealerships, motorcycle dealerships, boat and RV dealerships keep their reputation on track and if it needs assistance I work with them to get their reputation and customer relations department back on track. Regarding this particular complete the manager of the dealership is going to be calling me back because I spoke to them just a little while ago and from what I gather so far it sounds like the management wants to hear from me and see if there's a way to resolve this issue. I will work with them to do whatever is possible to resolve this issue. Any unfortunate situation can be turned around with a little bit of time and care.. The lady that answered the phone when I called the dealership was very nice and she definitely deserves to be where she's at if that company hello yes it's stick STICK but how can I help you

That is a very elaborate fraud. If I were in your shoes, would contact an attorney and see what you can do to unwind the deal. It's one thing for the dealership to engage in "puffery", but something else when they engage in specific behaviour to disguise the bike and tell you it is an upgrade. Don't let this go. Good Luck.
