It is a sad fact that you can't believe everything your told. Get it in writing, and make sure you read the fine print. Alot of these 'rip-off's' would have been out of business long ago if people made an effort to make themselves aware of what they are agreeing too. Read EVERY contract and agreement, look for the fine print. If you think an ad or a website is sufficiant for you, print out EVERY page and keep a copy (I do not suggest this). Call them and cancel. You may even have to replace your card. It sounds like you agreed to some monthly service or membership. If you are going to decide to try and get your money back, make sure you have all of your original paperwork, and read it closely first.
