The company FINALLY responded to an email after I said I would report them to the BBB. Here is their response:
I am sorry to state that we required that you pay fee of $8.99 to have you device returned. We however to not have a record of receiving that payment. Due to lack of payment and a lack of continued communication since the latest email send to you, you have forfeited the item as per our terms and conditions. Due to this forfeit we have issued your latest offer of $30 to the address that we have on file.
Remember I REJECTED the original $13.50 offer they made to me and requested that my phone be shipped back to me. Like others have listed in reports on here, once they get your phone you are not getting it back. I do not want their $30. I want my phone back. Until they issue my phone back back the report will remain on this site.
