Self Publishing School Self-Publishing School chandler bolt I never got the program i purchased or a refund. Internet
I purchased membership to an online mastermind group from sps, self publishing school by chandler bolt for $47 a month and i got charged but never got an email or call about my purchase or how to join this mastermind group. But in 24 hours i did get two calls the first one i thought was about my purchase but the guy said he didnt know about my purchase and just wanted to talk to me about the book i was writing. I went along execpting to get some info on the mastermind group i purchased in an email or something after but all i got was another sales call but this time way more instense and very intentional to funnel me to buying their big package. The girl was really trying to sell me by getting me excited and pumped up before dropping the bombshell price tag of $5000 but of course you get it for $3000 if you buy it today. I felt like i was being manipulated but in a nice way lol but whatever shes in sales thats her job. I asked her about what i purchased and she didnt know anything about it either. She quickly gave me a support email address after she realized i was not buying today. I either wrote it down wrong or she gave me the wrong email but for 2 days nobody responded to my request for a refund as i recieved nothing but sales calls. I went to the page and found a new email address and sent my refund request to it and 2 days have past with no response. And today i found a place to send inquiries on their website and i sent my request for a refund and still no response. Nothing nill $47 no product/service and no communication expext for up sale calls! Needless to say i definitely will not be purchasing anything from them any longer. And i will call my credit card to issue a refund. They dont care about your book they are not trying to help you they want your money and they will tell you your amazing no matter what you say. The first guy i spoke to felt very genuine but the sales girl obviously was telling me whatever she thought i wanted to hear. I have never purchased a product or service and recieved Absolutely nothing not even correspondence and then you try and make me buy something else and i didnt even get the first thingi ordered? If this was my company i would be ashamed of this situation! What kind of company is this?
