The dealership I work for used this company as a promotional tool to help get customers in the door. I never like this idea but, the sales manager insisted. Sure enough the gifts they supplied were poor quality, they made claims the quality as good or better than the ones in the store or on TV NOT!, they are unresponsive to complaints and have a very bad attitude. Any company or auto dealer doing business with this company better think twice. I don't think we are the first ones to make a complaint about this rip-off scam operation. Figures they are located in Florida with most of the other scum sucking crooks marketing themselves.
When the only contact address on their website is an email [email protected] its an automatic Red Flag for Fraud and Very Poor Service, if any.

There's absolutely nothing that says something about a business, other than it's own reputation. The Better Business Bureau is a scam and their PAID memberships says, means or proves nothing about their members and or their reputations.
Far too often, consumers are misled and or decieved into believing, that business members of the Better Business Bureau are held to higher standards when the exact opposite holds true. Being a member of the Better Business Bureau MEANS NOTHING!
1. Better Business Bureau memberships are PAID for.
2. Reports regarding businesses are NOT made public.
3. If reports regarding a business is ever made public, it's far too late and many victims have already lost hundreds or even thousands of dollars.
4. There have been many instances where businesses remained "in good standing" with the Better Business Bureau, after taking many to the cleaners.
If you PAY me membership dues, you may rest assured I'll put in a good word for your business every single time, and will "look the other way" regarding any and all of your fraudulent and other criminal acts.

The Better Business Bureau is full of donkey do anyways. Membership dues are "PAID" for, by the very scam companies that rip people off in the first place.
That is why the Better Business Bureau often feels compelled to "look the other way" and DO NOT make reports regarding their "PAID members" open to the public.
Hopefully one day people will realize that the Better Business Bureau is nothing but a huge joke. The plaque that "Better Business" members receive and hang in their store front windows are literally store bought, if you think about it... and says, means, or proves nothing about a business or it's reputation.
The Better Business Bureau is a sham organization, which profits from the very businesses that rip people off, while deceiving consumers into believing that businesses that are members of their organization are held to higher standards.
