January 7 i talked to a representative from the select home warranty and he sold me on their program. But it had to be paid from my checking account or give them a credit card to charge me. I was told if i paid 499.99 one time payment for two years coverage of all aplliances and heating systems. So i agreed and then two weeks later i found my account was charged 499.99 then again for 175.00. I called and complained and cancelled my policy before 30 days was up. They refunded the following month the 499.99 but took another 175.00. I called again and complained talking to the same man again and he said that i told him i did not want to cancel. I said he was wrong i did not trust them now i dont want their services. I said if i did not cancell why did you refund me 499.99. Then why do you continue to charge my account 175.00. He said he would take care of it and in 5 days i would have the money back. when 8 days were up i seen no such transaction. So i called again and got a woman that promised she would take care of it i should get my money back. Then again i wait 8 to 10 days see no money so i call again. Got another man that said he would take care of it , So i call a few days later and really got into a yelleing match with a guy named mark who had left a message on my phone for me to call him and a number. So i did and he wanted to inform me that i never cancelled so now we are near the third month. After a screaming match he said he would give me my money back. I got and email saying i was being refunded 175.00 way short of what they took. Cause now we are into march and on march 9th they took out the third 175.00 or charged it to my card. So now i have the bank involved and had to cancel my card and get a new one and somehow another 175.00 got charge to my new account. It not going to end. It cost me points with my bank wich is about 200.00 in costs.  Mark at 855 267 3532  ext 47 .
