Seek Exclusive Sent me a damaged clock Dallas Texas
I purchased a "hockey clock" for my grandson last year for Christmas for $40.00 from Seek Exclusive. He is on a hockey team and was ecstatic when he saw it (in the box).
I was excited as they are made out of vinyl record albums, at least that is how they were advertised.
It is an awesome clock, however, it has 2 cracks in it along the outside edge. I wasn't upset, things can get damaged in shipping, etc. I waited until the second week in January to call and ask to have it be replaced. The phone rang MANY times with no voicemail and no one answering. Again, I still was not upset, as I took the holidays into consideration; however, the fact that I couldn't leave a message started to raise a red flag.
I continued to try to contact the company by phone and emails, every few weeks. I was persistent in attempting to be refunded or have the item replaced. The last time I tried calling, I got a recorded message that the number is no longer in service.
