Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

When I looked at my emailed ticket I discovered it had a handling fee of a wooping #114 I tried to get help but they did not explain what that fee covered.

They were adamant about not refunding the ticket purchase but sugested i try to resell my tickets online.  But their charge is so way over market that I doubt if I will have sucess with this,  I don't know of any company that locks you in like this.

Isn't there a buyers remorse or cool off clause in California that allow you to retink your purchase and  refund the ticket?  They will not get away with this!

They are a ticket reseller. I took a look at their site and on every single page I looked at had a statement similar to the following

"We are an independent ticket reseller, not affiliated with any venue. Prices may be above or below face value."

Most reseller sites will have similar text.  Anytime you look for tickets this should be something you make sure you to look for if you are concerned you are not buying tickets from the actual venue.   But realize that even some of the actual venue sites will have tickets for resale, meaning that even on their site you may be paying more than "face value".  Which is why research is important especially if the value of the ticket is a concern of yours.

- To be totally blunt with you, it doesn't matter what it covers.  It could cover their dog spot's food for a week. The fact is that you agreed to the total cost when you purchased the tickets.

- NO

They will not get away with this!

- Get away with what? There is no law that says they must sell a ticket for a certain price. Unfortunatly you did not pay attention to what you were purchasing so you ended up paying more than you may have needed to.

If you have tickets to a popular(sold out) show and good seats it is possible you will find someone else willing to buy the tickets as the price you paid. If this show has a lot of seats still available you may want to still go and just treat it as a lesson learned and be glad that it wasn't more. As there are some sites and shows that will have charged you even more.

Oh and NO I do not work for this or any other ticket reseller.
