I recieved a similar letter a few years back making the same statements, offer the book while I was in my second cycle. I figured it was a scam and never responded. I just recieved another letter and offer it for free of course it was the first installment to get the 1200 hundred page manuscript I would have to pay $139 dollars to recieve it. The catcher is if I was entering my second cycle a few years ago how can I be entering it again? These people are fools and scam artists.. Watch out..
