As a former customer who in our business we have spent literally $1000's of dollars at Sebring West--we also go elsewhere now.
The owner Tony P---either through economics or ignorance---employes a staff of hacks. Just low rent low skilled--horrible personality slobs who could care less what-- you buy if you buy-- or if you come back. The chipping back and forth between employees is pretty lame. And if the wrong person heard it, it is called mega lawsuits..
How much talent does it take to open a computer terminal, find the proper vehicle, enter the part, and bingo.... you have found the part! Then walk back to the parts storage--then retrive said part.
No they screw that up. The wrong part. The wrong vehicle, their excuse is Tony is too cheap to upgrade his computer systems.
If, the parts counter flunkies do give the customer solid service, it is because that person is a caucasion. Not a minority. Routinely the minorities are left standing in the isle waiting for someone to stop bs'n long enough to wait on them.
Rush Limbaugh blaring in the sound system is the norm.
The parts are cheap. The returns are frequent. And most of all, you can beat their prices across town. We now buy strickly from Intenet, and save 40%.
Troy Wilson the parts manager is a complete dolt. His personality is of such that you feel like you just were raped. Why Tony keeps this moron out front is beyond comprehension.
Dave the counter flunky is just a low rent trailer trash who is best fitted to sweep floors.
So we stopped buying from them a long time ago, but the stories we hear from other shops is consistent.
