I purchased a new range online at sears.com Nov 12th 2017. Order paid in full with debit card. I was given a delivery date of Dec 4rh 2017, they did not deliver or notify me of any change. I called to see where they were. Customer service stated they were re scheduling the delivery for Dec. 21st 2017. Again waited for delivery and they again did not call or notify me of any change. Just a no show and no call. Again I called customer service and was told they could deliver on the 23rd. I made many calls and talked with customer service online between these dates of delivery. So after many weeks of back and forth and 2 strikes of no call and no show on set delivery, my frustration set in.

I cancelled the order and was told a refund would b given in 7-10 days. I called yesterday Jan. 3rd 2018 to inquire about the refund. I was informed they were within the time frame of the refund. It was day 9 minus 2 holidays. I am out $600.00 and had donated my old stove to a hurricane victim. I am at a great loss about how to get my money back now that this much time has passed. I have contacted my bank to dispute this however. It was a debit transaction and a lot of time has passed. Sears is simply put scamming their consumers. There has to b recourse for this kind of theft of hard working Americans money.
