sears sears roebuck CANT GET UNDER WARRANTY TRACTOR REPAIRED Internet
i HAVE tried to get my tractor repaired under warranty since 9/7/13. Sears has made 5 appointments and the day before called to move up the date. The 6th appointment is scheduled for 12/9/13. We'll see if this happens.
I have tried everything the manuel stated and then some, but I cant keep the belt on the mower.
30 years ago I was a Sears store mgr. This kind of terrible service would have never been tolerated. Boy! How things have changed.
