As I've posted before, I can't stand Sears. Had similar experiences with Sears and will not do business with them except on a rare occasions. What you probably should have done is refuse delivery. When people accept substandard service, companies get by with it. Be it Sears or fast food places. If the delivery jerks had returned with damaged machines they would have been the ones with some explaining to do. As it was, you took delivery, just trying to be the nice person that you are, and needed the machines. Call Sears back, tell them to take the whole mess back and get a refund. It's the only thing they'll understand.
