Sears Home Center Service Golf Coast District mistreated and ripped off consumer fraud St. Petersburg Internet
on 02/08/2003 a sears svc. tech came to my home to repair my kitchenaid dish washer. he was nasty and i believe unable to repair my unit.
he appeared as he did not have the product knowledge to complete my call,he did what a less knowledgeable tech would do, order a part and get out of the home.
he did look at my machine and said your computer is bad, i have to order one.it will be sent to uour home from kitchenaid.
he then asked for his sevice charge of $55.00,i paid by visa charge card.
after a week i called kitchenaid to find out about when the part would arrive, and the clerk and i began to talk about my problem.
she then asked me to press a couple of temperature settings on the front of the door.
and behold the unit began to work, with that she said the dishwasher was in demo mode and needed to be reset.
i paid $55.00 for service call and a clerk from kitchenaid repaired my machine over the phone?
i want my money back....
