Sears Cabinet Rafacing ...Cabinets Falling Apart consumer rip-off poor consumer service
Sears Cabinet Refacing refaced my cabinets at a cost of $3,000. I complained to them that the cabinets were falling apart, they refused to come out and fix them without additional costs. I call this "shabby work". They used inferior material, which did not last!

Worthless overpriced and substandard in service. Though at times good in quality, they are rarely better than Lows or Sutherlands where I can get the same quality and even the same product for 1/10 to 1/3 of what Sears wants. Btw, this was twice.. Once in 1996, and again in 2004.
