So ooking on here and seeing this corrupt police department try and make excuses for their unethical conduct is a joke. This can be pretty simple. The badge had an oath and if you can't follow your own rules and treat the very citizens who pay your paychecks then get out. We know that you are way over paid d suck off the pension tit for ever. This could be done by a private police force for 1/5th the cot as well as 200% greater satisfaction for the public. There needs to be a realization that the corridore from old town to shea blvd has a good amount of crime even compared to lower income areas. Bottom line DO YOUR JOB, stop the arrogance.

After first realizing that I just lost 10 min of my life that I will never get back. I then had a great chuckle at this poor excuse of "I didn't do anything wrong.". First let's clarify something, if the officer was using radar then once the vehicle that is being tracked leaves the "beam" then the numbers go away. If it was a laser unit then the numbers will stay unless the unit is turned off or goes off by timing out. I do not know where you studied to be a police officer but you are not required to show the Lidar aka laser readings to anyone and it is not a violation of your "rights" get something through your head, driving is a privilage not a right.
I am willing to bet your but got nailed for what you were charged and you don't like it because your points are going up. And where are those high charges coming from, unless you were charged with reckless driving. I have never heard of court cases for simple traffic infractions leading to more than one court date. The only time that happens if you want a lawyer for a reckless charge.
Another thing, the ticket clearly states that by signing does not admit to guilt but acknowledges you understand that the information you provided is correct and that you promise to appear in court or prepay the fine. Also every state requires vehicle registration to be carried at all times in your vehicle.
I guess your "rights" are violated for that as well.

The OP's actions almost GUARANTEED a ticket (or two).
IF this report is for real, this person is the poster child for S-T-U-P-I-D !!
You can find their picture in the dictionary under "MORON."

You may have gotten pulled over but from there on it sound like a poor fiction story that you made up when you got home.
I don't buy the dialogue you narrated at all.

" . He was sitting behind a retaining wall with his radar gun ON PRIVATE PROPERTY BECAUSE THAT IS ALL THAT IS ON THAT SIDE OF THE ROAD. "
You emphasize this as though it means something. What point are you trying to make here?
" Unbuckled my belt and dug on my wallet, then dug into the console to get out the insurance card and registration. I said "What registration are you talking about"? I am from Minnesota and we dont carry registration in our cars there? "
So you started off by lying because you didn't happen to have your registration? You didn't think anyone would actually buy that did you? I think this is where things started to go downhill.
" I just cleaned out this car of everything and put it into the exes new car and said I just got the car a couple days ago and thats where it is...He didnt buy it and started to lecture me about not having one in the car "
What's the problem? Do Minnesota police officers normally just accept your lame excuses and send you on your way? Doesn't work that way in Arizona.
" .."I just told you where it went, cut me break here pal, it would not be an act I would intentionally have done to evade the law and this is seriously low level crime to worry about. "
You actually said this to a cop? And you thought it would help? You can't be serious!
" he said well, you went around a car and went over the speed limit on chaparral". I said the hell I did, I went around a lady who was doing under 35, so I went around and got in the lane ahead of her. "
And it only gets better!!! Seriously, dude, have you ever been pulled over before?? This post makes you sound like you were deliberately trying to get cited.
" <skipping over some of the most inane comments I've heard on this site in awhile> "
" I said you cant do that, this another infraction against you pal, you just violated my rights"! "
This is priceless!! Too bad the cop didn't have a dashcam. This video would definitely go viral. It would have to be under a title like "How Clueless Can You Be And Still Be Able To Drive"
OK, I'm just going to give up here. I could go on, but what's the point. Let me sum up a few things for you. You have no "right" to see a speed gun. Cops can run radar from private or public property. Registrations are issued AND required in Minnesota. Lastly, singing a ticket is merely a promise to appear, not any admission of guilt, you nimrod! On top of all that, you were stupid enough to miss court (not that you could have helped your case) and you think it's unfair that the judgement went against you! Do you ever take responsibility for anything? Did your mommy write this complaint for you?
Simply unbelievable.
