Scott Boruff
Knoxville, Tennessee, United States
Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Scott simply has no concious. He will screw anyone and everyone (Including family) if he thinks it will benefit him.

Research showed that for years Mr. Boruff has been represented by attorney Larry Liebowitz in Knoxville, including what appear from research to be over 30 lawsuits against Scott for failure to pay. He doesn't discriminate when not paying; he runs the gammit as he will screw his landscapers or his major business partners. Mr. Boruff’s father-in-law is also suing Mr. Boruff for $6 million that he owes him. All lawsuits are public record.

Through research it appears that Scott has over seven figures in judgements against him today including, but not limited to, one from his house in the Gettysview subdivision in Knoxville, multiple ones from personal loans with banks, one from a partnership on a development in Georgia and numerous random ones from unpaid bills in Knoxville. All judgements are public record.

All of the following is gathered from public records and published articles (links provided).

Scott likes to claim to the world how he built Miller Energy Resources into an oil powerhouse. Heres the real story:

Georgia:

According to research, this is not Mr. Boruff’s first foray into property development in Alpharetta. He partnered with a Chicago developer there on Hamby Rd. LLC, at 3825 Hamby Rd in Alpharetta. It appears to have ended badly with a substantial judgement against Mr. Boruff.
