Sceptre Tours Dishonest Practices Rockville Centre , New York
Sceptre Tours is not to be trusted. They charge customers to talk to agents. They provided false information over the phone and then attempted to downgrade my packaged tour with no compensation. The company is more than willing to take your money and be nice while booking, but after a trip is booked and paid for they offer no support. They refuse to acknowledge their faults and were dishonest with the credit card company representatives about the details the the transaction.
