I Found the seller on ebay.I pay him via bank wire transfer.
I payed this in dividual since 15th december.
The system came up to $1301 when i upgraded and she told me shipping was $200, so I wired him $1520.(We contacted via phone and email)After bout a week he told me he didnt do it as yet. Early January i called him and he told me shipping came up to $400, so i have to send $200 more.
I contacted ebay on the matter but the didnt help at all, so i sent the money via wire. I arranged with my bank so to it would have been in his account on the 16th of January. He constantly kept saying the money was not there up to like 10 days later. I started hearing less of him. (No more email reply or phone calls). I call and call and everytime he got an excuse. He told me he will do it... he will do it!! and everytime i called nothing was done. He then came up with the idea that "He was out of town and he will get home in a few days". So i called him in a few days. He told me he would have shipped it the next day(hmmm late January)I called him and he said he did, but when i asked for the tracking number he couldn't give it to me. He was always saying call back in a few hrs. I called and called for like 5 days straight and nothing.
He told me not to worry he's not a scamp and my item will be there in a few days. I waited 10 days, then i called back and I was like i contacted the fraud sqaud, ebay and ur county police(no one did anything or even emailed me back) and he was like he dont care. He said im speaking rough to him and im sending him treathening emails.
I called him the next day and told him let us settle this without law ....once i get my item we dont need to speak to each other again.
He then told me the item was returned(hmmm) and he said he havnt seem it since it got back its still at fedex .(That was like 9th January)
He told me he will go in and find out what went wrong, call him in 2 days. I did that and he told me he didnt go in yet. I called the other few days and he said the same thing. Today is Wednesday 18th February, I called him on tuesday and he told me he hadnt gone yet... and hung up on me when i began to speak. I called back and he never answered... I an trying all now and no answer. Everything is falling on me at my home.
I really need help... My phone bill is sky high. I spent like $120 U.S calling this guy and nutting yet.(I know this is a scam)
I will like my item with everything i payed for.
I upgraded a lexmark printer, copier, scanner and 512 mb ram to add with my 2.5gb.The upgrade cost $301.
