I purchased what Sarraf advertised as a 14K gold Herringbone chain. Initialy everything seemed legit however as I wore the necklace it started to rust. It was not legit. It was fake. I took it to my local jeweler and they confirmed it to me. This company is not a safe trustworty place to buy gold even with their so called low prices and coupon codes. You are not getting real gold from them. They are not legit. They have some posers on YouTube that they must pay to try to convince their products are real however they are not. I am not the only one that got scammed from sarraf. Moreover it was such a problem when I called them back to try and get my money back. Never again will I deal with Sarraf.com. ..and I never write reviews.

We have been in business for over 30 years in the same location in Los Angeles. We do not sell gold plated jewelry. We stand by our jewelry 100%. The item this customer purchased is solid 14K gold. We offered to pay to send the item to an independent laboratory for testing. However, the customer rejected our response and insisted the item is Fake without providing any proof. We still are willing to have the item tested. The customer sent back the item and received a full refund. Furthermore, the customer is located in Los Angeles that is where our store is located. The customer could have easily come into our office for further verification. We explained it is impossible for a business to be in business for 30 years selling Fake jewelry. We believe this order was placed by a competitor to submit a Fake review.
