Sarasota Orthopedic Associates Terrible Billing Department Sarasota Florida
Absolutley beauracratic, terrible and unorganized service. Do not go if you have a automobile accident, they only deal with workers comp claims. Super stuck up and pride driven even when they don't have the right answer, won't transfer you professionally to someone who someone that actually is trained to have the right answer. Got in a car accident, waited over a month to get an appointment, the front desk, since they are receptionists and schedulers - instead of professionally transfering over to billing department for insurance respond like they got a medical billing certificate in college and respond with inaccurate info about billing question which our medical lawyer, thought unbelievable. They seriously need a reputation management company, hurt automobile victims steer clear of this Orthopedic Practice, make the right decision please.
