on May 25th, I anawered an ad on Hoobly Casaaifieds from msnwrgb pupsbringlove for a AKC registered chocolate female chihuahua. We corresponded through Hoobly, then crossed over to text using (((REDACTED))). I drove to (((REDACTED))) Leauge City, Tx (((REDACTED))) on May 28th 2017 and picked up the pup With AKC papers in hand. Got the pup registered no problem.
on July 19th 2017, I texted Sarah that I may be interested in another pup from the same dam & sir, blue, in the future. But that I could wait as long as necessay. She contacted me on November 1st 2017 that a litter had been born with same dam & sire and a female blue. I got first choice.
Put a deposit down of $300.00 into a Capital One bank account using account number 360228XXXXX and routing number 0311XXXXX and the name Sarah Phelps.
on December 17th 2017, drove back to (((REDACTED))); Leauge City, Tx (((REDACTED))). Picked up the pup but she had not gotten the litter registration package back yet. She would send everything ASAP. I have been trying to get the registration papers for 6 weeks. One excuse after another.
There is no Sarah Phelps, the phone number is not registered to her. Where we met both times was outside of the appartment complex office.
i know I can’t make this right. But I am so tired of scammers getting by with this. I am a 70 year old woman battling lung cancer and grieving the death of my 13 year old chihuahua. She must be stopped.
As for the pup, I don’t think she is a full Chihuahua, she certainly isn’t from the same dam & sire, but she WILL be dearly loved and well taken care of.

You picked this puppy out from the moment she was born I held her for you for weeks . This was the second dog you purchased from me because you were so pleased with your first purchase you had no obligation to take this puppy home no one forced you too you saw her in person and decided to take her home no one forced you to take her I told you before hand that due to the holidays akc was running behind I have screenshots of every text we exchanged . Again you saw the puppy in person and clearly wanted her you could of simply declined you waited weeks then text me with complaints of her looks I then which again is saved in texts I then said you know what if your not happy with her I will take her back and give you a full refund I did not want to force someone to keep a puppy they did not want you declined a refund and declined to refund her you even sent me photos of the puppy on Christmas akc is used to show dogs or breed dogs both of which you told me you did not want to do all this is over akc papers you choose to slander and defame me and post a half a*s one sided story I offered a refund and to take the puppy back you did not post that part you sent me photos of her happy as can be on Christmas you did not post that part you knew upon pickup the akc was not in yet I can show the akc charge on my credit card statement you are slandering me and then you post my entire bank account information open for the world to steal my identity and or access my bank account That is illegal how could you do that to someone you are now being sued and will be served within 5 days your playing victim about a dog you picked out and person then also declined a refund or for me to take her back . Nice try . You need to remove My bank information immediately this is illegal

Animal shelters and rescue groups have plenty of dogs scam free. Greed got you in the end.
