 You must of forgot to mention that on the postponed date my client was there. It may have been 3 hours later but my client was there . Shall we post the texts of my client telling you over and over . " I am here " I am still here " . When that didn’t work you were offered to come pickup . When that didn’t work you were then offered to meet at local PD station . All this is in texts .

You then proceeded to defame my client and post names that are not correct . Not name on contract. Not name on the PayPal banking account you paid into . You found things on the internet different names , locations situations then choose to defame my client . You have since today’s date blocked my clients number .

After several phone calls , texts even emails you have chosen to not respond . Ironically you have posted that you never heard from my client again. False 3 hours later on meeting day you heard . Then everyday since . Including today you refuse to respond or cooperate or meet at police station . You have a outstanding balance owed as well . You have blocked my clients number . This is no way to resolve anything thus we will see you in civil court .

 Mam , you have left out the facts . Facts via telecommunications that yes while there was a family emergency in which you were told up front my client will not be able to make it to meet you. You were however welcomed to come pickup your puppy. It’s all saved In text messages . Even up to today where you were sent a police station address inviting you to even meet there. Still refusal . You replied " I don’t have much time during the week " " it’s no problem I can wait " you made a choice to wait for someone to deliver 3 hours instead of taking responsibility for your purchase and making the trip to pickup your puppy . You signed , and agreed to a sales contract . In which deposits are non refundable even if you were unable to meet the seller you still can pickup your purchase . You were on the same date of the postponed meeting offered a refund of said deposit. In which you also declined . You signed a contract to purchase a animal with full knowledge of the animals location 3 hours away . Because the seller could not uphold there travel plans to deliver said pup at a time of your liking does not make you exempt from your contact . My client has offered to meet in a safe public location even the lobby of the local police station . You yourself are in breach of contract with a outstanding balance owed as well . You seem to have left many details out . You also linked my client to a unknown name that you have found on the internet . Your defamation of not one but now 2 individuals will be called upon in court . You have my clients information . It does not match what you have posted . You have now caused action for us to file for defamation of character, false information on the internet. Harassment. Breach of contract. Balance owed . Please coordinate with us via phone call at the number we just left on your voicemail . We have tried to come to a happy medium here . You can’t possibly think it’s ok to defame a person who simply could not deliver something you paid for to you exactly when you wanted . You were never once denied what was paid for .
