My 21" Sanyo HDTV is less than a year old yet when it stopped working suddenly I was unable to get help from the service reps on their 800 number. What I got was an endless run around requiring me to become their technician. After an hour jumping through loops for that arrogant fool he had the gall to asked my to change the batteries in my remote. At every stage he refused to tell me if a repairment service was near my address and, of course, when I asked to speak to someone in management I was told they were in a meeting. I might add that three people I talked with before calling Sanyo said it would be a waste of time becasue they never honor their word. Now one someone suggest I buy Sanyo, I sayno.
