We purchased the pool with a 25 year warranty, 18 years ago from Blue Haven Pools. I have spent the last 4 years trying to get someone to take responsibility for the huge crack in my pool. They claim that the pool was "neglected." I maintain the fact that I could not continue to maintain the pool because it was costing my hundreds of dollars a month to keep it filled due to the crack. I am a single Mother on a very tight budget, so that just didnt make financial sense to me. How does one maintain a cracked pool? I did finally get a response from Blue Haven Pools, who referred me to another person that wanted me to pay for the repair because, "his men do not work for free." I am tired of getting the run around! I am not necessarily asking for a new pool, just asking for the repair to be made and the warranty to be honored! Ive seen You Tube videos against this company, and class action lawsuits, so I know I am not alone. I just want my pool to be fixed and for them to quit blaming me, as well as others, for their issues! HONOR YOUR WARRANTY AND QUIT BLAMING ME!
