A year ago we bought a fridge from Samsung.  We have had to have it reapired four times now for three seperate issues. Samsung agreed to send us a replacement within 10-21 business days. After a month of waiting we called back and were told they were checking to see if they had any replacments.  After being put on hold four times totaling three hours we asked for a refund.  They told us they have to process a refund, but first see if they can even issue one.  We filed a complaint with BBB and are in the process of taking Samsung to small claims court.  We paid $2700 for the fridge, and it currently does not work
