/Please repair my unit

my daughter mistankely dropped my samsung galaxy s8 plus but the touchscreen was still working till oneday stopped working then i went on samsung website to setup a repair and when they got my phone i was told unpon diagnosed its LCD problem just as i suggested and they said my warranty wont cover it i will have to pay $216 and i did then few days later samsung said my phone is Liquid damaga WTF? my phone has never been in contact with no liquid. this is unaccepted they cant do their loyal customer and clearly they don't care. How can you diagnosed someone phone then charged them already then come back and say the phone is liquid damage. I spoke to a superver which was no help kept insisting that my phone been in contact with liquid but thats a d**n lie, my phone never been in contact with no liquid before i was been charged.

I will make sure i push this all over social media platform cause this is not how Samsung should treat their customers. I have alot of samsung products so are my family. I don't think i will be dealing with samsung any much longer after this awful deceitful experience from them. Its disappointing to be treated in this way. My phone was working perfectly and I have always kept good care of it. There is no reason that any liquid could damage the mother board of the phone and this is the analysis that Samsung technicians claim to make. This is absolutely ridiculous and I'm extremely disappointed. I was not able to make a decision as to how to proceed. Why the hell they opened a customer care centre. They should call it Customer Time Waste and Money waste center rather. I'll not buy anything from these cheats ever
