I bought my first Android from this company and what a nightmare it was!

Once I started having problems, I immediately contacted them by their company facebook, website and personal emails and Not One Single Person Replied, Period!

This is Not Good Service to say the very least!

Regarding: Very Serious Complaint

Dear Samsung Electronics America, Inc. Executive:

Good Morning or Good Afternoon to You!

How is your day today in sunny Ridgefield Park, New Jersey and/or wherever else You are in the World?

My day is going fine, thank you, except due to the Fact that I have been having Very Severe Problems with My Battery Always Dying Out which came from my previous LG Electronics Android for quite some time which made me decide to Upgrade To One Of Your Samsung Galaxy CorePrime GH90-36901A Androids since I heard that Your Phones Supposedly Have A Good Reputation, but I was WRONG!

What a Bloody Disaster Your Product Is!

When my contacts were transferred (back on Monday, November 16, 2015) from my LG Electronics Android to Your New Product, NOT all of them even Transferred Properly.

In FACT, Many Contacts Went Missing and are Still Missing and I know that by comparing my previous android contacts to yours!

I have asked my MetroPCS Baldwin Hills Store to Transfer My Previous Contacts From My LG Electronics Android Several Times and I still have the Same Problem!

When I complained about it, one manger told me to just sit there and add all of the contacts on my own from my previous LG Electronics Android to My New Samsung Android that 

Did Not Show Up During The Transfer Process.

Are They Crazy Or Something?

On My Third Try In The Store, another employee told ME that Your Samsung Android can ONLY hold 514 Contacts and the REST will just NOT Appear!

Had I known that then I would have NEVER bought Your Horrible, Unmanageable Product!

Nowhere was it written, nor communicated to ME that the New Samsung Android Can Only Hold 514 Contacts!

I am very angry and pissed off over this to say the Very Least!

You sold ME a Piece Of Unmanageable Android Garbage!

To Make Matters Worse, Your Battery Is An Energy Drainer.

I hardly have anything on my phone except for: Yahoo, Gmail, Whatsapp, Facebook, Facebook Messenger and once I turned the phone on this morning (even with a 100% full charge), the d**n machine Started To Drain In Battery Usage/Percentage Almost Immediately!

You Ripped ME Off!

That is another $91.00 Dollars Of My Hard Earned Money Down The Drain and I am Far From Happy With Your Machine And/Or Model And/Or Android that I have in my possession right now!

This is NOT what I paid for, nor what I expect coming from Samsung!

I am NOT sure what You plan on doing about my problem, but if anything, I would expect a Full Refund, Proper Product Replacement With A Proper Workable, Functional Samsung Android, Plus To Have The Opportunity To Meet With One Of Your Qualified Samsung Scientists And/Or Representatives Face To Face To Discuss My Issues and On How To Make (Hopefully Your New Model Work Better For ME)!

You would think that somebody would call me or email me back, but it has been two (2) days so far and Nothing!

Well, I will return the product and go back to either LG Electronics or another company where they care about their customers!

 Why would they bother to contact YOU? I mean talk about self entitled!!! YOU expect and demand that THEY send a rep over to deal with YOU?? Sorry PRINCESS it doesnt work that way!!! THEY have no control over how many numbers YOU have. 517 is pretty good for most ppl. Just because YOU have more then normal doesnt make thier product a ripoff. This is YOUR problem and NOT theirs.Get over yourself and move on. Use the notes section and MANUALLY dial the number. Are YOU so lazy and inept that YOU cant be bothered to enter a string of numbers?? Remove your FACEBOOK contacts and you will find that you have plenty of space. As for your battery its ONLY due to what YOU have on the phone. Turn off bluetooth when not in use., Turn OFF wifi when not in use. Remove FACEBOOK from your phone, its a battery killer. YOU are not so important that they are going to spend ANY extra time to deal with YOUR problem because its a problem of your own making. Its NOT a product defect. Its the USE you are putting on it. YOU are just another ignorant individual with delusions of grandure.
