Sam Trink, owner of Happy Credit and Business Masons in San Diego will take your money and run.  She is a SCAM Artist!!!

I hired her to repair my credit and raise my FICA scores because she was listed as a member of NASCO (National Association of Credit Service Organizations) which reports require their members to adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all their members of which, Happy Credit was listed in their membership.  On NASCO's home page it states:

"National Association of Credit Services Organizations advocates industry standards and ethical business practices for the credit repair industry."

"National Association of Credit Services Organizations’ members go through a certification enrollment process to aid in the prevention of fraudulent activity throughout the credit services industry. NACSO’s Standards of Excellence goes further than the Credit Repair Organizations Act and touches on items essential to the honest growth of this industry."

It also states that it requires all of its membership to comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, which also covers Credit Repair companies.

In our initial phone conversation, Sam promised she could remove all of older out-of-date credit collections reports, remove all the tax lien reports, significantly raise my FICA Credit Scores, and help to rebuild my credit.  And she claimed she accomplish all of the above within a few months, but at the very most, one year.

She offered me a fixed price of $1800, which she called her "Employee Discount Plan" and agreed to let me pay it out over the course of several months.

The bottom line is she absolutely NONE of the above.  I paid her $1500 and in our last communication even offered to pay off the final balance assuming she was still working on my case.  She ignored that response as I had communicated with her that I was extremely displease with her failure to meet the goals and deadlines she had promised she could do.

She used a client portal system for all email communications, which, before she shut it down, I printed off ALL of our communications, including a series of emails from me asking her to please call me over a period of THREE WEEKS, until I contacted Doug Parker, fonder and chair of NASCO and copied her assistant on the email.  I also saved the last one where I offered to pay off the balance.

It was at this time, I learned from Mr. Parker, that Sam Trink / Happy Credit was no longer a member of NASCO.

Now neither Sam Trink nor Happy Credit is anywhere to be found, except of Linked In.  She is on the run from all the people she scammed by taking their money after making promises and commitments, which did not keep.

I am demanding she refund my $1500 and will continue to report her on over consumer advocate / compliant website until my money is refunded.

I have also purchase website names to create websites that will warn people of Sam to try and keep them from losing their money to her!

Sam Trink, owner of Happy Credit and Business Masons in San Diego will take your money and run.  She is a SCAM Artist!!!

I hired Sam Trink to repair my credit and raise my FICO scores because she was listed as a member of NASCO (National Association of Credit Service Organizations) which reports to require their members to adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all their membership rules. Happy Credit was listed on their membership list at that time.

In our initial phone conversation, Sam promised she could remove all of the older out-of-date credit collection reports, remove all the tax lien reports, significantly raise my FICO Credit Scores, and help to rebuild my credit.  And she claimed she would accomplish all of the above within a few months, but at the very most, one year.

She offered me a fixed price of $1800, which she called her "Employee Discount Plan" and agreed to let me pay it out over the course of several months.

The bottom line is she did absolutely NONE of the above.  I paid her $1500 and in my  last communication/email even offered to pay off the final balance, assuming she was still working on my case.  She ignored that response as I had also communicated with her that I was extremely displeased with her failure to meet the goals and deadlines she had promised she could accomplish.

She used a client portal system for all email communications, which, before she shut it down, I printed off ALL of our communications, including a series of emails from me asking her to please call me over a period of THREE WEEKS. It wasn’t until I contacted Doug Parker, fonder and chair of NASCO, and copied her assistant on the email to him that Sam finally agreed to setup a phone conversation appointment.  I also saved the last email where I offered to pay off the balance.

It was at this time I learned from Mr. Parker that Sam Trink / Happy Credit was no longer a member of NASCO - several months after I had hired her and paid for her services.

Now neither Sam Trink nor Happy Credit is anywhere to be found, except on Linked In, on which she still reports in her profile her “successes” with serving clients of both Happy Credit and Business Masons.  Her Facebook page is now void of all information. No doubt, she is on the run from all the people she scammed by taking their money after making promises and commitments, which she failed to honor!  I would love for a Private Detective to track her down so we could all file Small Claim Law Suits against her.

I am demanding she refund my $1500 and will continue to report her on every consumer advocate / compliant website until my money is refunded.

I have also purchase several website domain names to create websites that will warn other potential victims  of Sam Trink in an effort to prevent them from losing their hard-earned money to her unscrupulous Ripoff schemes!
