This company is operating without a state license and hired me to perform duties as a treatment counselor for which I am certified and qualified with over 30 years of experience. Initially, they wanted me to perform duties as a marketer and make calls to treatment centers to procure clients. I refused since I am not a marketing person. Then, they employed a consultant named Cody Gardner from Orion Treatment Consulting who was very rude and disrespectful to all the staff. I complained about it and then when the situation continued and next they brought in another very rude and disrespectful administrator named Mike O'Reilly who made the situation even worse. Without proof, he started slandering employees accusing them of watching porn while at work for which he had no proof. I decided to terminate my employment there and sent them a bill for the hours I had worked there and they refused to pay me for 18 hours of work. To this day, they have not paid me. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the California State Licensing Board, and the California Labor Commission. Mike O'Reilly is not a qualified counselor and yet when I left, he started conducting counseling treatment there. I suggest you stay away from these unethical, mentally disturbed people.

Sal Rediscovery engages in stealing wages from its employees and on several occasions uses or expects its employees to serve in roles they were not hired to perform. I was constantly using my own computers, and cell phones, at home and at the office with no compensation. Many employees have left that company and there is consensus among former employees that this company will be facing a lawsuit due to its unethical and illegal wage violations of California laws. Furthermore, Sal rediscovery has used untrained and unlicensed individuals ( k**e O'Reilly) to perform duties which we are sure the insurance companies will be notified about. We have made contact with insurance companies which then will decide what to do to investigate the issues presented to them.
