safelite auto glass ruins customers property too make more money SCAM hasbouck heights New Jersey
I was concerned about this company prior to bringing my car in for a windshield repair. I heard that you bring in a small chip and they damage the whole window to get more money. I only brought my car in because I use liberty mutual insurance and they reccomended them. Well I should have went with my gut. A tiny pebble crack on the front windshield that was upposed to be repaired for free bacme a long spider crack. Now I need a whole new window. Both liberty mutual and safelite assured me before I brought my car in that it is very very rare that this happens. Well now that it happened to me and I see it has happened to many others I know its a scam. Noone wants to take responsibility for the damage. I will send a letter to the attorney general
