Make Them Responsible and Negligent for improper diagnoses
Hello, I am filing a complaint against S & C Auto Repair Services in Opelousas , La. The owner improperly diagnosed my car purposely which kept me going back and forth to him and each time I was charged a different charge. The same problem reoccurred over and over again and I constantly complained but was reassurred each time that it was this or that. The problem never stop occuring. The problem was my check engine light flashing off and on continously. I never had that problem which indicated to me something serious was wrong. The owner knew of a bad wire I had but always put it on something else which carried over to another charge. He played several times under my hood and stated that a wire was messed up and by changing this or that would fix the problem. The problem was never rectified which later led into a major problem. The entire wire hornet eventually burned out and now the owner refuse to fix the car. He told me to find someone else to repair it. I was railroaded and would like for the proper actions to be taken against this man, Sang Nguyen owner and operator of S & C Auto Repair.
