Ryan Homes - VZK Developers ripoff Improper grading and drainage leading to landslides around homes Pittsburgh Pennsylvania
We are a small community of 28 homes with numerous drainage and landslide issues as result of work done by the developer used by Ryan Homes, and the Ryan Homes sub-contractors used to finish the grading and drainage installation of our one-street neighborhood. Both the "cut side" and the "fill side" have serious issues. Ryan Homes and the developer were made aware of these potential issues as early as July of 2005 by the homeowners.
We as a community have expressed our concerns to "all" of the responsible parties including our county and township authorities. Now we are seeking alternative options to resolve these issues.
Please help us by providing any information regarding lawyers who have successfully settled any similar claims against Ryan Homes, their developers, engineers, contractors and/or their sub-contractors.
