Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

After listing my RV, I was contacted multiple times from a representative named Mike for my business. I initially balked at the $300 fee for their listing services.

After a few weeks and I still hadn't sold it, I was more receptive to Mike. I asked if I could continue to try to sell locally and if I could get a refund if I sold it locally and was told I could. They accepted my payment over the phone and e-mailed me log in information to "check on" the ads. When you log in for the first time, there's a small check box you have to click that says you agree to the "Terms of Sale" and it's in their terms that they say you can NOT get a refund, which invalidates whatever you were told by the rep.  They trick you into agreeing to it AFTER they've already accepted payment on different terms.

They claim that the ad goes into so many sites and thousands will see it and they "guarantee" it will sell "eventually." I got ZERO inquiries off my ads.

As you can imagine, I sold it myself and of course called in to ask for a refund which I'm still fighting for. They continue to just keep stating their terms of sale, and won't acknowledged the lies they tell you to buy the product. Just over and over "its in the terms of sale" and when you ask why you were lied to they say that they already listed the ads so you "used" the services so they can't give a refund. When I brought up the ridiculousness of a $300 fee they assured "we wouldn't charge that  if that wasn’t how much it cost to make those ads" which is completely bogus. All they do is rip your own writing and pictures from your own ads and copy it. It costs them little to nothing to do that and its all automated from the bots that troll local listings to target you for their fraudulent services in the first place.

I opened up a dispute with my bank which is my only hope now of seeing that money back.

Seller Networks Complaint

Seller Networks handles customer complaints very seriously. Our goal is to provide 100% customer satisfaction. Our service is advertising, we guarantee to list private seller vehicles until they are sold and all the seller pays is the one-time marketing and advertising fee. Seller Networks is not able to guarantee a time frame of sale, as no one could possibly predict when a vehicle will sell.

The complaintant states that he was tricked into agreeing to the Terms of Sale once he was signed up with the service. The Terms of Sale are located at the bottom of our website and anyone can read them prior to signing up with our advertising service, it is not something that we hide from potential customers.

The complaintant also states that we charge the $300 fee to create the ads. The fee is paid to the syndicate sites as well as for the keyword optimization that we provide them on the major search engines. These are not free services and we do not own the full 20 sites that we list the sellers vehicles on. As far as the ad building process, we often do use the verbiage from the customers current advertising if we feel that they have produced a clear representation of their vehicle, who else knows their vehicle better than the owners themselves.

Our service is not fraudulent, we provide advertising on 20 sites and search engines, we provide the seller with all access to their advertising as well as links to all sites and a link to their Google campaign. The seller can access and make changes to their advertisement at any time without restrictions.
