10-08-18 I ordered a Chicago Cubs black dogeared cap. They sent me confirmation Order # 8.Price $12.15 + S & H $9.99 =$22.14 The final amount charged to my credit card was $26.61.
I received a cap on 11-15-18, it was a cheap knockoff hat! Not the one I ordered. I contacted them numerous times. They finally replied on 11-27-18 " factory notified goods are out.
We need to wait n choose another one" I replied I wanted my $26.61 refunded. I kept emailing them with no response, until I stated I was going to report them to RIP OFF.
On 12-01-18 they replied "Well, I'll notify bank to return it to you in 7 - 15 business days." I have again emailed them to ask where is my refund, As 1- 08-2019 have not received. I checked website today Cap is still on there.
