Rudy Polselli is the king of OPM. In fact he had a business called "OPM Consultants" once.
He borrows money from everyone, banks, PE firms, private individuals, friends, other contractors, and then lives a high lifestyle with fancy cars etc.
Polselli has filed bankruptcy multiple times and stiffed employees, vendors, suppliers for both business and personal expenses. Multiple car repo's, home foreclosures, as well as his fancy boat.
All you need to do is read the bankruptcy filings and you will see the facts. However, many believe (I have been told) that he perpetrated a fraud on the bankruptcy court by hiding assets before he filed. He has huge tax liens, yet he seems to live a pretty good lifestyle traveling around, nice cards, fancy wife, etc.
Beware of trusting this guy. Or you may end up in a bankruptcy filing one day.

I worked for this man for over 15 years. He treated everyone with respect. He lost everything he had due to a bad contract and getting in bed with thieves for investors that robbed him blind. He lost every dollar he had and himself his wife and child moved back in to his poor mothers house till he found a job.
He even hocked every piece of jewlery he had to put food on his kids table. You ask How I know. Because he helped me when I needed it and i always stayed close with him. This article is fabricated crap with no merit. Not from a creditor but just a jealous individual. Anyone can write anything to hurt someone. I had to rebute this crap report.
