This guy is a scam artist. All appliances don’t work then he says he will fix them cause it has a 3month warranty and doesn’t fix them and will block your number. Then you ask for refund he won’t give you it until we had to call the cops on him. He doesn’t pay taxes. I have been dealing with him for months. He ignores your calls blocks your number to the point where you have to call him on *67 (a blocked number) for him to answer. Other people have reported the same thing with him he does this for a living I don’t know how he can live with himself by scamming people. Everything this other person said is what happen to me. "I purchase a matching set of whirlpool appliances with 6 month warranty. I was assured that the all appliances were inspected and tested and working properly.

The appliances were delivered and installed on 3/24/2018. I determined on 3/26/2018 that the refrigerator was not dispensing ice and the water was not cold. The stove bake function did not work. I spoke with the owner and he said he would be out on the following Tuesday 3/28/2018 no show no call. I tried to reach him many times. When I reached the owner he set up an appointment for the following Saturday 3/31/2018 no show no call. I reached the owner and he said he would be out Tuesday 4/3/2018 no show no call. I called the owner he rescheduled for 4/5/2018 no show no call. I did speak with owner and he sent out a different stove. He told me he was waiting for a part for the refrigerator. The owners son came out and the part did not fix the problem. We had scheduled a repair for 4/14/2018 no call no show.

The owner said that he will replace the refrigerator with the same unit and make another appointment because he does not know what part to replace. He did not show again....now his offer to us is replace with a different model/manufacturer. He is not able to replace with a set because the items he has are in bad condition. I bought a set and the items would now be mixed matched. We have waited for 1 month for working appliances. We have received lies, inconvenienced with no show appointments and unprofessional service. My husband and I have tried to resolve this issue by phone and in person numerous times. I can provide phone records for verification. We would like a set of matching appliances, condition, age, size and quality of what we purchased or a $800.00 refund.”
