On October 18, 2017 Royalty Mobile Detailing Car Wash LLC, was absorbed by the Rehab Garage LLC restoration and performance organization, in a trade out arrangement, including limited cash pay (less than value of assets), partial ownership commitment, and continuing revenues of the then 100% solely owned entity. Eventually, on or about December 9, 2017 that agreement was breeched and legal process have been engaged. At the time of the original sale of the business, October 18, 2017, ALL information related to the business and operations, including but not limited to: client and customer information, equipment, resources, supplies, supplier and vendor information, assets, corporate documents and records, finances from accounts, CC transactions, and official registered LLC transfer documentation was transferred. ALL funds in accounts, including those representing corporate accounts, pre-paid customer accounts, CC transactions, tips, and cash were transferred to Rehab Garage LLC. Transactions statements and payment checks exist for validation. NO FUNDS remained as part of the Royalty Mobile Detailing Car Wash business and in fact nearly $1000 of short payments, obligated and committed back to RMD from Rehab Garage LLC have not been recovered.

As part of the business acceptance and transfer (merge and takeover process), ALL current clients, corporate clients, pre-paid members, and members were to be serviced to the obligation. This was a firm commitment on the part of the Rehab Garage LLC executive team. I personally remained on staff for weeks in an effort to assist with the transition of the business. ALL outstanding obligations, programs, and commitments were detailed, briefed and accepted at the time of transfer of ownership. ALL business was transparently discussed, openly presented and accepted at the initial discussions, transfer of business process and following eight weeks of transition. We apologize if you are facing issues from statements of "no services" or "business closure" as we as Royalty Mobile Detailing Car Wash have no equipment, resources, or ownership stake.

That ws cetainly not our understanding nor intent. ALL decisions are solely the responsibility of the Rehab Garage LLC executive team. Unfortunately, it appears that a pre-emptive social media and reporting site smear campaign was initiated and aimed at the former ownership. At the time of transfer, the Royalty Mobile Detailing Car Wash had 90 registered 5 star ratings, zero ratings lower, zero BBB complaints and was ranked a the top of 27 like local businesses in YELP.  We apologize for the drama and the loss, and truly miss serving our loyal clients, with the highest quality service, and top level professional interaction they came to expect.
