Found him on the Lansing, MI Craig list labour section. Called him for an estimate for faucet leaks and dishwasher drian plug cleaning. Roy Phillips showed up with his 10 year old son. Roy a sweet talker told me for $300 cash he will fix all leaks including replacing the faucet. Asked me for an up front $200 cash to buy part. Stupid me (out of respect for his 10 year old son, because I have two teen-agers) gave him $300 cash.
He said he is going to "Home Depot" for buying parts. But he never show-up. Complained to Meridain Town Police. They are investigating.
I text him serveral times, once he replied once that "All leaks were fixed".
