The Rowland ripoff does not take care of residence abusive Covina California
My grandmother was here for 3 long sad years..
They abused her one of the ladies she shared a room with hit her over the head and she needed stitches they never notified us she told us. Also my grandma was very tiny only 69 pounds and 4"6 she was so weak and they were mean a**holes. very rough and rude males handling females possibly perverts I think ALL nursing homes need to be evaluated by government officials STOP THE ABUSE and NEGLEGINCE AT NURSING HOMES
