In early 2017 i ordered a concealment cabinet for my husband for christmas off their facebook page. Upon placeing the order i did not recieve a confirmation email but being that it was an online order i figured it would take a day or so to recieve it. My bank account immediately showed the transaction, and a day later i got the confirmation, however thats about all i got. It is now march and i have not recieved my order. I keep getting an automated message saying that i can contact customer support through their e mail. Ive asked for a full refund but to no avail. This was supposed to be a christmas gift ! I am beyond furious at this time.

I really do wish I could get somebody on the phone it is Company I hate to see their reputation going in the wrong direction because they do make some beautiful furniture
