roto roote/john proudy Roto rooter and manager john Proudy are a total scam and thieves. He sent two techs out to unclog a floor drain and then said the entire drain needed to be rebuilt and also we had to dig up the front Roto Rooter/john proudy thieves kansas city, Missouri

Floor drain was slow,two techs came out and said it could not be fixed and had to rebuild the entire basemnt drain system as well as outside going to the sewer-10 feet deep-this is just our "policy" said Mr proudy. the next guy had the drain fixed in 10 minutes for $78.00 Roto and John said it was a minimum of over $7000.00
he gave my wife such a scare she almost signed the contract. DO NOT USE JOHN PROUDY AND ROTO ROOTER IN KANSAS CITYY
Unabashed thievery. I could not belive it. these guys were going to charge $7000.00 for a simple drain clean-up. They know people don't know much aboit drains and they are ripping off the public.
call John and tell him what a jerk he is. Every time I asked nhim a question he was evasive and warned of a huge disaster if we did not start immediately.
John proudy and his little buddy John Milbourn are not to be trusted. take caution
